Random-ness

No topic post today .. just don't feel like working and just wanna post some stuffs I bought, will get and something to look forward too.

1. Soft toy -- Scrump and Care Bears. I bought these 2 cuties on my last day in SG .. both bday gifts for my friends. For those who don't know who Scrump is, Scrump is Lilo's doll which she sew from fabric. Well, this one is the cuter version of the actual Scrump, the actualy Scrump looks a bit scary (sorry Cyn ;p) but she loves her so much :D

I didn't know who Scrump was 'till she told me, though I watch Lilo & Stitch but no one really notice her I guess. And I found her quite cute (this version ;p), I can't help of getting one for myself. So yes Cyn, I bought one for me too :D

2. Playing card of three of my favorites .. My Melody, Lee Hom and Disney .. nice! :D

3. More Lee Hom's collections -- all found at Yahoo Taiwan Auction. Thanks to Ricky for bidding. They are autographed CD of Lee Hom's trip that he made during the Shangri-La album preparation, Shangri-La first edition (my introduction to Lee Hom), autographed Unbelievable CD, Falling Leaves single CD and finally .. White Paper which completed my full album collections.

4. One Tree Hill Season 3 Boxset, which I found in the local Movie Store. Two seasons down, 4 more to go, well actually I have Season 1 and 2, but they're pirated, I'm planning to get the original boxset, which Gosh, this will definitely bankrupt me to the max.

5. In-ear headphone for my i-pod. Well, I thought of getting the original Apple in-ear headphone, but it costs almost USD100. No way on earth I'm gonna buy earphones for USD100. This Sony earphones are awesome enough, I simply feel disconnected with the outside world once I put them on.

6. Music-Man Concert DVD - Hong Kong version with bonus of Man in the Mirror CD. I wasn't planning to get one, 'cos I already ordered one Taiwan version which comes with the Music-Man figurines. But I got so tempted with the limited edition single, so I bought it anyway. Maybe I'll give away the DVD to someone :D

7. Sony Ericsson T707 -- soon to be mine, I hope! I've been planning to get new phone. But lately SE always release slide phone which I'm not quite fond. I'm a clam shell person, so I'm gonna get this one instead .. blue one of course. I'll wait for my next paycheck.

While I have spent quite a money for those stuffs above, I'm still currently waiting for these stuffs ..

2. Music-Man DVD Taiwan Version with the MM figurines

3. And of course, I'm looking forward for my Aussie trip end of this year. Yay!! Can't wait!!

My flight is confirmed, but still need to apply for visa and arrange accommodation for my family. My accommodation is pretty much fixed though. Also need to plan where to take them and stuffs. Hopefully we have enough time to explore big parts of Aussie-land. Opera House is a must.

Caught in the Act

This was just one of few scenes that our faces caught in the MM DVD .. :) Pheww, at least I wasn't doing something crazy, I was enjoying the moment. Good thing about sitting on Row 1, we were prohibited to record and snap with camera, so we got to enjoy every second of the concert.

I have yet to watch the DVD, I'll get my copy today.

I don't really listen to many of Indo songs, I totally lost track of new singers and bands. I know some of new songs from radio. This is one of good song I like .. it has nice and simple tune and good lyrics. "Sampai ke Ujung Dunia" by Dirly. I personally like the piano and guitar in the song.

Dirly was the runner up of Indonesian Idol Season 3 (2006). His voice is much better than the winner.

Season 7 Promo Shot

Season 7 Episode 1 - "4.30 AM (Apparently They Were Travelling Abroad)" has started on 14 September 2009 .. looking good so far, there hasn't been any problems or intrigues or anything.

The main characters continuing from previous seasons are the Scott's Family of Nathan who is in the off-season of NBA, Haley who is making a come back to singing career and Jamie who is turning 7. Other main characters are Brooke and Julian who are finally in relationship, Milli and Mouth who are continuing their sweet relationship and Antwon and Lauren. There will few characters come and go in this season, but everyone is starting new life without Lucas and Peyton.

Season 7 introducing 3 new characters .. Quinn as Haley's older sister, Clay as Nathan's sport agent and Alexis (coming soon).

For the time being, I have to watch it over youtube .. I don't normally watch series 'till they're all release on DVD, but I can't wait for this one .. so I'll be surely on youtube on Tuesday night (the series air Monday night Eastern Time). Thank you to whoever put each episode up on youtube .. Really grateful for that.

And I would love to have this Nathan Scott NBA card :) I used to collect NBA cards when I was in school.

Last year today ..

this is where I was .. Taipei 101.

Spent NT3000 at Page One, watching Mammamia with Mel2, Renny and Lia. It was a relaxing day indeed, while counting down for the First Music-Man concert @ Taipei Arena. It was one hell of holiday for me .. lots of great things happened, including experiencing my first Taipei typhoon.

Time flies .. too fast!!

Personal Creation

Vida, Tania, Thelma, Mba Git, Feby and Evie are my gal pals at work .. these what I made for them upon my return from SG ..

I've been to SG for so many times, I had no idea what to give them from each of my trip .. from fridge magnets, keychains, chocolate, you named it. So I thought this time I give something different. I thought of it since the day I decided for the trip.

So I bought the wood frame at IKEA and decorated them individually .. the pic was taken on Mba Git's Birthday in May and ta da .. there you go. It's nothing fancy, but the thought that counts right beside I had fun doing it :D

Lebaran Cookies

So I was looking through stardreamer's blog today and found this .. she was just telling us about how she enjoys cooking and baking now. This is it 'Chocolate Crunch Cookies' .. YUMMO! Me love cookies.

The message in the blog was .. "If you would like to try, please send me sms before 21 Sep 09....hahahahaa....The first 3 sms that I receive before the due date would get 1 tube of above Chocolate Crunch Cookies made by me!!"

And I immediately text her and I'm girl no 2 to text her before the due date .. so I'll received freshly from the oven Chocolate Crunch Cookies specially made by my dear gal after the Lebaran .. YAY!! Thanks girl ..
